Double chocolate snowball cookies

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, finely chopped

• 1 cup powdered sugar, for rolling

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla extract.

4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.

5. Fold in the finely chopped chocolate chips.

6. Take a tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
