For the brownie:
200 g of high-quality dark chocolate, chopped
100 g of unsalted butter
3 large eggs, at room temperature
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Strawberry Filling:
2 cups of fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of water
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Preparing the Strawberry Filling:

Heat a skillet over medium heat and combine the chopped strawberries and sugar.
Cook the strawberries, stirring occasionally, until they release their juices and become slightly softened.
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
Remove the strawberry filling from heat and let it cool while you prepare the brownie batter.
