Ingredients:

Butter (room temperature): 3/4 cup + 1 Tbsp
Powdered Sugar: 1/2 cup
Salt: 1/4 tsp
All-Purpose Flour: 1 3/4 cups
Butterscotch Chips: 1 package (6 oz.)
Finely Chopped Pecans: 1 cup
Rum Glaze:

Powdered Sugar: 3 cups
Milk or Water: 3-4 Tbsp
Rum Extract: 1 tsp
Topping:

Chopped Pecans: 1/2 cup
Instructions:
