1 cup heavy cream (for cake)
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream (for whipped cream)
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
18 golden Oreos
1/4 cup butter
1 (3 oz) packet strawberry jello mix
