Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

Garlic powder
Steak seasoning (e.g., Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning)
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes:
Wash the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Toss the cubed potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Cook the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally for even cooking.
Prepare the Steak Bites:
While the potatoes are cooking, cut the steaks into approximately 1-inch cubes.
Coat the steak cubes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
Once the potatoes are done, set them aside and proceed to cook the steak bites.
Cook the Steak Bites:
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket and cook for about 7 minutes for a medium doneness.
Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
Stir in the minced garlic and dried parsley, infusing the butter with rich flavor.
