Beef Pasties

I always need to make extra batches of this at home because they disappear so fast every time

Beef Pasties

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

1 carrot, peeled and diced

1/2 cup frozen peas

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed if frozen

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
