Better Than Bleach: Removes Limescale in the Bathroom and Grease in the Kitchen

You will also need a disposable container, such as a recycled plastic ricotta container from the supermarket. Wash the container and use it to store the paste.

  1. In the container, add the 3 tablespoons of baking soda and the 3 tablespoons of powdered toilet cleaner.
  2. Next, add the 6 tablespoons of concentrated dish soap.
  3. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until it becomes smooth.
  4. Finally, add the tablespoon of vinegar and mix thoroughly.

Using the Paste Transfer the paste into your container so that it’s ready whenever you need it. Put on gloves and, with the help of a sponge, apply the paste to the areas you want to clean.

For best results, let the paste sit on the surface for a few minutes before wiping it away with a clean cloth and water. On taps or surfaces with heavy limescale deposits, leave the paste on for a longer period. For more detailed cleaning, you can also use a toothbrush to scrub.

Once you try this method, you’ll never want to go back to using store-bought cleaners!
