Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

Dollop the cinnamon roll swirl mixture evenly over the batter.
Pour the remaining cheesecake batter over the cinnamon roll swirl.
Bake in a water bath at 325°F
(163°C) for 60-75 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly wobbly.
Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
Refrigerate
