Coconut cake

Dough ingredients:

3 eggs

2 cups of wheat flour

1 cup of milk

2 cups of sugar

2 tablespoons melted margarine

50 grams of grated coconut

1 tablespoon royal powder

Ingredients for the syrup

200 ml of coconut milk (equivalent to 1 bottle of those on the market)

1 cup of sugar

50g grated coconut

How to prepare the cake
Blend all the ingredients mentioned to make the dough in a blender until a uniform mixture is formed. After that, bake in a previously greased pan in a medium oven for about 40 minutes or until golden. Remember that the oven must be preheated.
