CRUNCHY FRENCH FRIES

Preparation:

1. Cut the potatoes into slices and then into thin toothpicks.

2. Place them in a container.

3. Add a little vinegar.

4. Add water, cover and let stand for ten minutes.

5. Dry the potatoes with a cloth.

6. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl, add cornstarch and mix with your hands.

7. Heat the pan and add the oil. When the oil is hot, fry the potatoes.

8. Place a plate and you’re done.
