Ingredients:
1 apple
2 tablespoons of sugar
Cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter (20 g)
2 eggs
50 g of sugar
8 g of vanilla
80 ml of seed oil
100 ml of milk
180 g of flour
15 g of baking powder
30 g of walnuts

Preparation:
Preparation of apples:
Peel the apple, remove the core and cut it into thin slices. Place the apple slices in a bowl and sprinkle them with the 2 tablespoons of sugar and a little cinnamon. Mix well and leave aside.
Preparation of the dough:
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the vegetable oil and milk to the egg mixture and mix well.
