Easy No Bake Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake

You will need :
Ingredients:

For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
For the Filling:
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 cup fresh raspberries
For the Topping:
1/2 cup raspberry jam
Fresh raspberries and lemon slices for garnish

Directions:
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator.
For the filling, beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream and raspberries.
