Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup sugar, plus more for glaze

1/2 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces

1/2 cup whole milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream, chilled

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract for whipped cream

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

For the Glaze:

1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar

1-2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
