Grandma’s style apple pie – just delicious

250 g margarine
250 g sugar
5 egg(s)
1 pack vanilla sugar
350 g flour
1 pack baking powder
3 large apples or 4-5 smaller
fat for the tray

preparation

Peel apples and cut into small pieces.

Stir in the margarine. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla and mix well. Sift in the flour with the baking powder and mix in. Fold the apple pieces into the batter.

Spread the mixture on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200 – 220 degrees for about 30 minutes.
