Sausage & Cheese Wonton Bites Recipe

Ingredients:

16 ounces of your favorite sausage (we love using breakfast sausage)

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1/4 cup finely diced roasted red peppers (jarred variety works great)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2/3 cup ranch dressing

1 package of wonton wrappers, brought to room temperature

1 tablespoon of cooking oil

Instructions:
