Jelly Mosaic

Ingredients:

1 package of grape flavor gelatin (35 g)

1 package of strawberry-flavored gelatin (35 g)

1 package of lemon flavor gelatin (35 g)

1 package of pineapple flavor gelatin (35 g)

8 Cups of hot water

1 can of condensed milk

1 can of evaporated milk

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

4 Envelopes of gelatin (7 gc/u) dissolved in 1/2 cup of water and melted in a bain-marie

Preparation:

Dissolve each of the flavored gelatins in two cups of hot water. Pour them separately into rectangular molds and refrigerate to set. Remove from refrigerator and cut into cubes; Combine and place in a lightly greased jelly roll pan.
