Preparation:
1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

2. Add the egg and milk to the dry mixture and stir until smooth.

3. Thread the sausages onto the skewers.4. If you want to add cheese, cut pieces of cheese and place them between the sausages.

5. Heat the oil in a frying pan to around 170-180°C (340-360°F).

6. Dip each sausage skewer into the batter until completely covered. You can use your hands to evenly distribute the dough.
