Lemon Meringue Muffins with Thermomix

Meanwhile prepare the meringue, put the sugar in the bowl of the thermomix then set 10 seconds at speed 9.
Insert the whisk, add the egg whites then program 5 seconds at speed 4 then 5 minutes 50° at the speed 3.5.
Then pipe the meringue on top of the muffins using a piping bag then color with a blowtorch.
Then serve your lemon meringue muffins.
