Ingredients
340 g cream cheese
200 g powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
1 lemon
240 g cold whipped cream
Preparation
In a bowl, add the cream cheese, sugar, salt and then pour the lemon juice.
Start mixing and add the cream and lemon zest. Continue whipping and serve with the lemon zest.
