Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups plain all-purpose flour
1 peeled and diced apple
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup unpacked brown sugar
1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla essence
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

3.In a separate large bowl, cream together granulated sugar and softened butter.
4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla essence.
5. Combine flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the wet mixture while alternating with milk.
6. Stir in the diced apple.
