No-Bake White Chocolate Cheesecake

Put the gelatin sheets to hydrate in a bowl with cold water for 10 minutes.
Heat the cream with the milk, sugar, and white chocolate until melted (without boiling).
Remove from heat and add the beaten cream cheese.
Drain the gelatin sheets and add to the mixture, stirring until well integrated.
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and refrigerate until set (4-8 hours).
Coverage:
Unmold and cover with jam and white chocolate shavings.
