Oats, cocoa, and bananas come together in this tasty slimming dessert recipe. No added sugar, no gluten

120 grammes of spelt
25 milliliters of hot milk
two bananas
two eggs
4 tablespoons (45 grams) of cocoa
1/3 cup baking powder
forty walnuts are all

Put the scalding milk and oats into a basin. Before sitting for 10 minutes, stir thoroughly.
At the same time, use a fork to mash the peeled bananas. Mix them in with the oats after adding them to the bowl.

Pour in the cocoa and whisk with a spoon to combine.

Once you’ve mixed everything thoroughly, add the baking powder.
Before adding the beaten eggs to the oat mixture, whisk the eggs in a separate dish.
