Parmesan Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix Meatloaf Base:
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, beaten eggs, chopped onion, parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.

Shape Meatloaf:
Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
Prepare Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.
Glaze the Meatloaf:
Brush the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
