Pork Chop Marinade

4. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally, overnight.

5. When ready to grill, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

6. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.

7. Grill the pork chops for about 4-5 mins per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium doneness.

8. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
