Ingredients

For the Brownie base:

β€’ 1/2 cup melted butter

β€’ 1 cup of sugar

β€’ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

β€’ 1/4 cup cocoa powder

β€’ Pinch of salt

β€’ 1 tablespoon red food coloring

β€’ 1 teaspoon of vinegar

β€’ 2 eggs

β€’ 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

For the Cheesecake Layer:

β€’ 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

β€’ 3/4 cup sugar

β€’ 2 eggs

β€’ 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

For the assembly:

β€’ Oreo cookies, amount to taste (approximately 12-16), crushed

Instructions
1. Preparation of the brownie base:

β€’ Preheat the oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F). Lightly grease a 9Γ—9-inch square pan.

β€’ In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add the cocoa, pinch of salt, food coloring and vinegar, mixing well after each addition.

β€’ Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.

β€’ Add the flour and mix until well combined.

β€’ Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
