Red Velvet Oreo Cheesecake Brownie ππ
Ingredients
For the Brownie base:
β’ 1/2 cup melted butter
β’ 1 cup of sugar
β’ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
β’ 1/4 cup cocoa powder
β’ Pinch of salt
β’ 1 tablespoon red food coloring
β’ 1 teaspoon of vinegar
β’ 2 eggs
β’ 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
For the Cheesecake Layer:
β’ 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
β’ 3/4 cup sugar
β’ 2 eggs
β’ 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
For the assembly:
β’ Oreo cookies, amount to taste (approximately 12-16), crushed
Instructions
1. Preparation of the brownie base:
β’ Preheat the oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F). Lightly grease a 9Γ9-inch square pan.
β’ In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add the cocoa, pinch of salt, food coloring and vinegar, mixing well after each addition.
β’ Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.
β’ Add the flour and mix until well combined.
β’ Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
