Melt the chocolate with the liquid cream.

Separate the whites from the yolks.

Mix the egg yolks then add them to the chocolate.

Add the sifted flour and mix.

Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding the sugar little by little.

Gently incorporate the egg whites into the mixture, lifting them carefully so as not to break them.

Preheat the oven to 180 °

Pour the dough into an 18cm or 20cm mold previously buttered and floured.

Bake for around 30 minutes (more or less, it all depends on the oven)

Leave to cool for 15 minutes before unmolding.
