Cranberry Pecan Cheese Ball Recipe

8 ounces softened cream cheese

1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries

1/2 cup chopped and toasted pecans

1 cup shredded white sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped chives or green onions

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Preheat your oven to 375°F. Toast the chopped pecans on a baking tray for about 5 minutes until they’re fragrant. Then, remove from the oven.

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, half of the toasted pecans, half a cup of dried cranberries, chives or green onions, and garlic powder.
