Strawberry Crumble!

Ingredients:

For the Filling:

– 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 1 tbsp cornstarch

– 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Crumble Topping:

– 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

– 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 6 tbsp unsalted butter, cold and cubed

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Toss until the strawberries are well coated. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt for the crumble topping.

Add the cold cubed butter to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
