1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
For the Egg Rolls:

12 egg roll wrappers
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter (for brushing)
1/4 cup granulated sugar (for sprinkling)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for sprinkling)
For the Caramel Sauce:

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
Prepare the Apple Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, lemon juice, and all-purpose flour.
Toss the ingredients until the apples are evenly coated. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
Assemble the Egg Rolls:
Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the apple filling onto the center of the wrapper.
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal. Use a dab of water to secure the edges.
Repeat this process for the remaining wrappers and filling.
Brush and Bake:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the assembled egg rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush each egg roll with melted butter and sprinkle a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon over the top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the egg rolls are golden brown and crispy.
Prepare the Caramel Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
