Confession: I’m obsessed with this recipe and so are my kids

I have a confession to make: I used to despise peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. As a kid, they never appealed to me and I always opted for something else in my lunchbox. However, my perspective changed when I tried a peanut butter and jelly blondie. The moist, chewy texture and perfect combination of sweet and salty flavors completely won me over. I was instantly hooked and knew I had to share this recipe with others.

Ingredients:
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1 egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
