Crab and Seafood Salad
Ingredients:
– 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
– 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1/2 cup cooked scallops, chopped
– 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Lettuce leaves for serving
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp, scallops, celery, and red bell pepper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
