Extraordinary ! My mother-in-law taught me a 100 year old recipe. Incredibly delicious!

Ingredients :

2 eggs
4 tablespoons of sugar
400 ml lukewarm milk
1 packet of dry yeast
100 ml of oil
650 to 750 g of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
The amount of flour may vary depending on the quality and size of the eggs. Add the flour carefully to make a soft, controlled dough. Avoid adding too much flour to obtain a very soft dough.

Instructions :
Mix all the ingredients together until you have a dough that does not stick to your hands, without adding too much flour.
Cover the dough with oil and leave to rest in a warm place for 50 minutes.
Once the time is up, divide the dough in half and roll it out into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Spread half of the dough with butter, sprinkle with sugar, orange zest, nuts and dried fruits according to your preferences.
Gently roll up the dough and repeat the process with the other half of the dough.
Place both rolls in a buttered dish, leaving space between them.
