Garlic and Butter Flatbread Recipe
Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for garlic and butter flatbread that you can easily make at home:
Ingredients:
For the flatbread:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons melted butter
For the garlic butter topping:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the Greek yogurt and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough starts to form.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each portion into a thin oval or round shape.
