No-Bake White Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:
Base:
160g Oreo cookies
40g butter
Filling:
200g whipping cream
100g milk
260g white chocolate
180g cream cheese
15g white sugar
7 gelatin sheets
Coverage:
Jam to taste (e.g., pear and chocolate)
Grated white chocolate
Instructions:

Base:
Crush the whole Oreo cookies, including the filling.
Melt the butter in the microwave and mix with the cookies.
Line the base of the mold and smooth the surface with the help of a spoon.
Place in the fridge for half an hour so that the base becomes hard.
